Refund policy

No Refunds (All sales are final) 

All sales are final, and the Veil Lovely  does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.

Exchange only

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return certain items for a exchange only. Gift boxes are a exclusion to this policy as they are inclusive of masks and scrunchies and due to hygiene standards we cannot accept exchanges of these products. 

If you wish to exchange any item(s), please send us an email to veil_lovely@outlook.com  detailing the item you have and the items you wish to exchange them for along with your order number provided on the invoice. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

You must ensure any return shipping costs are paid (applies for international and UK orders).  We recommend returns are sent with a tracked return process, as we can only accept responsibility for items once they are received by us.
